Wenda

Under Saddle, Wenda is extremely comfortable. She will Walk/Trot/Canter but she definitely has more whoa than go. She has comfortable gaits and is pretty easy going. She rides English, western, bareback and she takes a jump. This mare is an awesome all around mare. She would be a great addition to be used as a trail horse, lesson horse, arena, cross country, fox hunting etc

On the trail, Wenda is a fantastic trail horse. She enjoys getting out and seeing new places and things. She will lead, follow, or ride in the middle of the group. She is absolutely not spooky. We have exposed her to many things, she has always taken everything without any problems. She will easily cross roads, logs, bridges, etc. she is safe around traffic, farm machinery, ATV’s etc. she will go where asked.

In the barn, Wenda is a sweet girl and is always looking for attention. She is easy being handled, groomed, tacked up, etc. she is happy living inside or out, it makes no difference to her but currently she is on 24/7 turn out. When she is in the pasture she goes in a mixed herd of mares and geldings. She minds her own business and is overall a pleasure to have in the barn. This mare has never been pushy with us on the ground and has always been good for our Vet and Farrier. She is barefoot and has good feet.

She is suppose to broke to drive single and double but we never hitched her. This girl is ready for her new home. She passed her vet exam and is up to date.
